Our journey started with years of hands-on experience in the coffee industry – from working with some of Australia’s most respected roasters, to repairing and fine-tuning espresso machines, to training new baristas and mentoring coffee professionals. We saw first-hand how the right blend of passion, skill, and knowledge could transform the way people make and enjoy coffee.
Affinity Coffee Collective was born from this vision: to create a space where coffee lovers of all levels – from curious beginners to seasoned baristas – can learn, explore, and refine their craft.
